Google 發佈 Floor Plan Marker 軟體（美國限定），旨在改善室內定位 Apr 7th 2012, 13:00 出門在外 Google Maps 無疑是你行車問路的好幫手，但「進門在內」時可能它就沒那麼好用了。雖然之前已經有不少商戶將平面圖上傳給了 Google Maps，但其室內定位功能還是不夠讓人滿意。為改善這個情況 Google 日前發佈了 Floor Plan Marker 軟體（美國限定）。如果你想讓 Google 在某一個場所能有更好的室內定位，這款軟體會「指引」你走遍這個場所，並在過程中通過 GPS、公共 Wi-Fi 信號以及手機基站來收集位置數據。當 Google 將這些信息加入到 Google Maps 的數據庫中之後，只要有人在區域中使用 Google Maps 定位，熟悉的小藍點就會出現在其 Android 手機之上，這樣就不會再找不到方向啦。現在在美國 Google Play 中已經可以找到這款軟體了，身在美國想做「指路人」的商家們趕快去下載一下吧。
