Samsung 將客服系統做成 Android App，可惜還沒看到中文版 May 18th 2012, 06:50 Samsung 已經賣出了不少 Android 智慧型手機，有了一定的用戶量。Samsung 自己不僅僅賣手機，還賣很多產品，包括電視，筆記型電腦，相機及家用電器等等。現在其官方出了一款 Samsung Cares 的 Android App。這個 App 實際上將三星幾乎所有的消費電子產品類別囊括其中，你可以點擊相應的類別來享受相關服務。內容包括影片、常見問題、售後跟蹤、線上聯繫方式；其中線上聯繫方式提供了 Facebook、Twitter 和內置的 Live Chat 方式。現在已經可以免費下載，支援 Android 2.1 以上的版本，可惜現在還沒有中文版。這樣的方式還算方便，其它廠商有意跟進嗎？
