ITC 最終判決：Motorola Droid 系列沒有侵犯 Apple iPhone 的專利 Mar 18th 2012, 06:03 案件的判決要由 1 月說起，當時 ITC 初步判定 Motorola 其下的 Droid 手機家族並沒有侵犯 Apple 的 iPhone 專利，只是要待到法院再仔細地檢閱一下涉案資料後才可以作出最後判決。而到了今日，他們的最後裁決跟早前保持一致 -- Moto 沒有侵權。看來 Moto 的現在已經在開香檳慶祝嚕，話說他們早前在初判後已經大發聲明表示高興了。只是，雖然 ITC 作出了最終裁決，不過 Apple 不服的話可以將案件推到去聯邦法院的層面再審的，就看他們會不會這樣做了。
